oddo insurance group, llc has always given me great customer support. i have had multiple insurance policies with this company for almost three years now, including homeowners and car insurance. when i first called for a homeowners insurance quote, i spoke to a very friendly and helpful agent named kristin. she was very patient with me as i went through all of the different options available to me. she was also very knowledgeable about the different coverage options and was able to answer all of my questions. i have also had to file a few claims with oddo, and each time, the process was quick and easy. the claims adjusters were very responsive and helped me get my claims processed quickly. overall, i have been very happy with the service i have received from oddo. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
