the friendly staff at valley west insurance, inc. made me feel welcome from the moment i walked in. they took the time to explain my policy options and helped me find the perfect coverage for my needs. i would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for great insurance rates and excellent customer service.
after getting in a bad car accident a couple of years ago, getting new insurance after my last car was totalled wasn't an experience i was looking forward to. i shopped around and got some great quotes but valley west went above and beyond with not only getting me great coverage, but the best price, and covering all my bases. the costumer service was amazing; lynn was beyond helpful and such a pleasure to work with! i am so grateful that i ended up going with valley west and i highly recommend them if you're in the market for new insurance.
