my name is kathryn alexander and my husband suffered a back injury from work that required medical attention. we contacted the claims department with all the proper documentation and were told that our claim will be received. it's been months since then, and we have not gotten any updates. each time my husband calls, he is told that his claim was received and will be processed. he is in a lot of pain and needs this claim to be processed soon. terrible customer service. i will not recommend this agency to anyone.
