very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone. recently, for the fifth time my truck was broken into while parked in the parking lot of my apartment complex. i filed a comprehensive claim and provided the police report, photos of the damages, and a list of the items stolen. after 3 weeks of waiting for a response from them, i finally called only to find out that my case still had not been assigned to an adjuster. i was told that they were short-staffed and there was nothing they could do to expedite the process. after several more calls and emails, i was finally assigned an adjuster who was extremely rude and dismissive. he told me that the police report was insufficient and that i needed to provide more proof of the break-in. i was so frustrated and angry at this point that i decided to cancel my policy and go with another company.
