if i could give no stars i would. in may i was hit by a driver of a company truck who was driving recklessly. the truck driver admitted to the police he was at fault and was cited, so i filed a claim with sam park insurance. after 3 months of no calls, no response to emails, no communication i called sam park. i was given the runaround by casey and told the file was closed because my husband did not sign the release form, which was never sent to us. i spoke with casey on three different occasions and each time was told something different. i emailed casey my husband's signature and was told i would receive paperwork in the mail. i was never sent paperwork. sam park has refused to return my calls since and has not followed up with me in any way. this is fraud and insurance fraud is a felony.
