great experience working with an agent and customer service on our home insurance policy. our new home is in a somewhat isolated area and not all companies would write a policy on it. kris made sure we were well protected with the best coverage available for our unique circumstances and saved us money compared to our previous insurer. we also bundled our auto insurance with black diamond and again saved money compared to our previous carrier and with better coverage. claims have been hassle free and we have been very happy with black diamond.
