"ckj, inc. dba aspen gold insurance brokers is the most fraudulent, unethical insurance agency that i have ever dealt with. i have been a claims adjuster for over 25 years and have never seen an agency so blatantly lie and cheat their customers. i recently had a client who was involved in an accident and ckj, inc. dba aspen gold insurance brokers was the at-fault driver's insurance company. ckj, inc. dba aspen gold insurance brokers immediately denied the claim, even though the liability was clear. they claimed that my client was at fault for the accident, even though there was no evidence to support this claim. ckj, inc. dba aspen gold insurance brokers then proceeded to drag out the claim process for over a year, in an attempt to force my client to give up. my client eventually had to hire an attorney to get ckj, inc. dba aspen gold insurance brokers to pay the claim."
