as a customer of this insurance agency for over 15 years, i can honestly say that i have never been disappointed with their service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am satisfied. i have never had any problems with my policy, although you would expect the occasional billing error but this hasn't been the case. i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
