this is one of the worst insurance agencies i have ever had. i have had a policy with them for over a year and have never had any problems until now. i recently filed a claim for a broken window and they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. they have taken over a month to process my claim and have still not paid me. i have called them numerous times and have been given the runaround. i am very frustrated with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
