i was somewhat satisfied with the service i received at "penfed credit union" located in "4501 indian river rd, chesapeake va." as a customer of two years now, the staff has always been courteous and friendly. however, unfortunately i must admit that a few days ago, i visited the chesapeake branch and was highly disappointed. the teller i encountered that day was quite rude and dismissive, making me feel like i was an imposition to her day. quite frankly, i was shocked as this behavior is far from the kind of service i have come to expect from penfed. because of this one bad experience, i must sadly consider moving my banking elsewhere.
