ample assured home insurance is a scam! i was sold a policy with a $1000 deductible. when i filed a claim, i was told that i had a $5000 deductible. i called customer service and was told that the agent who sold me the policy made a mistake. i was also told that i could not cancel my policy without paying a cancellation fee. i am very disappointed with ample assured and would not recommend them to anyone.
ample assured has been very responsive when i have a question. the onboarding process was flawless. i like that they offered a nice welcome package and that the agents were able to call to make sure that i was aware of all of the coverages that i had signed up for. i am glad that i made the switch over to ample.
AMPLE assured is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have had nothing but problems with them since I switched over from my previous carrier. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. I have been trying to get a simple billing issue resolved for over a month now and still no luck. I have had to call them multiple times and I keep getting different answers from different people. I am so frustrated with them that I am considering switching back to my old carrier.
