i found my prime agent to be informative, professional,and courteous. through the years my agent has always responded quickly to my calls and emails. i have been having so many problems with other insurance companies but, my prime agent has addressed every concern. i am very pleased with the service i have received and would recommend prime financial to anyone.
"prime financial inc. is a joke i have all my insurance with them. i have full coverage on my car and i have a 4.0 no tickets no accidents. i got a flat tire on friday no one answers after hours. so i put my spare tire and went to the dealership on saturday and had a tire put on. no one answers the phone on saturday either i waited one hour for someone to answer no one. so monday i finally get ahold of them and the body shop tells them what happen and prime financial inc. said i have to get a letter from the body shop stating what happen. so i do what they ask me to do and send them the letter via fax on monday. they never got the fax i sent it again on tuesday. so i called on thursday and they say they still don't have it. so i had to go to the body shop and have them send it via email they did at 12:15. prime financial said they would call me back i never got a call. its been 3 days. i have called 6 times on friday and no one answers. i have been with prime financial inc. for 3 years and every claim i have had with them is always a pain. they are not good at all and i am going to cancel all my insurance with them."
"after being with geico for over 20 years i decided to look for a cheaper rate on my auto insurance. i received a quote from prime and it was a substantial savings. kim was very professional and made the switch easy. he was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. after 2 months with prime i had a fender bender. i filed the claim online and was contacted by a claims rep within a hour. she made the process painless and even scheduled my repairs at a collision center. i was kept informed throughout the entire process and my car was repaired in a timely manner. i am very relieved that i made the switch to prime. great service and great rates."
