i can't say enough about this agency and their employees. absolutely top notch. this is the second time we've had to file a claim and both times it has been a pleasure. the claims process both times has been smooth and fast. we had a roof claim last year and car claim this year. the roof claim was handled by paula and this year's claim was handled by shelly. both ladies kept me updated throughout the entire process and were so polite, professional and efficient. i can't thank them enough for all their help and support.

they are an outstanding insurance group! i own a small business and they go above and beyond for me. they are always looking out for my best interest, and they keep me informed of any changes that affect my insurance. i highly recommend them.

terrible place! stay away did not enjoy my experience with them, made a claim that was denied, stating that the damage was pre-existing and has nothing to do with the storm, filed a complaint with the department of insurance, still waiting for the outcome.
