major award, inc. is the best insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a problem. i have filed several claims over the years and they have always been processed quickly and efficiently. i would highly recommend this company to anyone.
major award, inc. is a joke. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a stolen laptop and they have been giving me the runaround for months. i have called and emailed multiple times and have yet to receive a response. i am so frustrated with their lack of customer service. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
