*i would give this place no stars if i could. this place is a fraud! i was forced to go to arbitration, and the arbitrator ruled in favor of the agency. they twisted my words, and the company did not fulfill their side of the agreement we came to in arbitration. i thought we had a verbal agreement, but the company went back on it and claimed they had no recollection of our meeting. the hr manager even lied and said i made threats to her when i never did.
*this agency is terrible! they have overcharged us twice, then they never sent out our id cards, and we ended up getting a huge bill because we didn't have id cards showing that we had insurance! we called to speak with the agent and she kept avoiding our calls. we finally spoke to her after three days, and she was terrible! she was not helpful, she lied and then hung up on us. the agent was very rude and not knowledgeable about the health insurance they provide.
