i am very disappointed with this company. my husband and i have been customers for over 10 years and have always been happy with the service. however, we recently had a claim and the experience was a nightmare. the adjuster was rude and unhelpful, and we were ultimately denied our claim. we are now in the process of finding a new insurance company.
