i would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. i had a policy with them for over 10 years and never had any problems. but when i filed a claim, they denied it. i was told that the damage was not covered under my policy. i was very disappointed with the way i was treated by this company.
the customer service was good, i spoke to a natasha s. she was courteous and knowledgeable about the policy. the application process was long. i had to answer many questions and provide a lot of documentation. it took me about 2 hours to complete the application. overall, i am satisfied with the service i received.
