i have used commonwealth title of dallas, inc. a couple of times for some refinancing and they have been a nightmare to work with. both times the process has taken well over a month and closing was delayed multiple times due to their mistakes. the staff is rude and not professional and the project manager didn't return my calls when i tried to get a status update. their wire transfer instructions didn't generate a confirmation number so after wiring the funds i had no confirmation that they received them and they didn't answer the phone when i called to confirm receipt. i will not be using them again and do not recommend them.
