i was very disappointed with the service i received from this agency. they were not helpful and did not answer my questions. they made the process of buying a home very difficult. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
this agency is located in a run down part of town and the building needs a lot of repairs. i did not feel safe leaving my personal information there. the staff was friendly but they seem to not know what they are doing. they kept asking each other for help. i did not feel at ease at all. i would not recommend this agency.
