3 years ago I had to do a land title search on 2 parcels. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and they were very helpful and patient in guiding me through the process.I have just recently started the sales process on some land and called them for land title search. The land has been in our family for about 80 years and a neighbor has been claiming land that has been in our family for that long. She was very happy to help and provided me with some very good information that will help me when I talk to the neighbor and then to the lawyer. I will be using them again next week when I start the buying process on another piece of land. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to do a land title search.
