when i moved to my new house last year, they promised me a good homeowners insurance deal which ended up not being true. their customer support was very rude and i urge people to find a different service.
my claim was handled recently through this agency and i was very happy with the customer support i received. adjusting to the new insurance plan was made easy as well so i am very happy i chose this agency. i have no issues and will continue my business with them.
this is the typical insurance agency that i think will only offer sub par policies and customer support. i'd advise not to trust them with you business as they will likely not return the respect you give them.
