land services title of texas, llc team helped me to close on my house even after some difficulties with the lender. i would like to thank erika, ashley, and tere for their diligence and professionalism throughout the process. i was able to close on my house and i'm very satisfied with their services. highly recommeded!

i am very disappointed with the service i received from land services title of texas, llc. they were very unprofessional and did not communicate with me well. they also made several mistakes on my closing documents. i would not recommend them to anyone.

the reason for my low rating is because of the lack of communication. i called several times to check the status of my title search and no one called me back. i had to call the title company directly to get the status. the closing was also delayed because of the lack of communication. i would not recommend this company to anyone.

i had a great experience with land services title of texas, llc. they were very professional and helpful. they made the closing process very easy and stress-free. i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
