i would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for an insurance policy. the staff is very friendly and helpful. they were able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the best policy for my needs. i have been with them for over 5 years now and have never had any problems.

as an accountant, i was hoping to be impressed by this company. unfortunately, in spite of speaking with a 'representative' three times, i still haven't received the information i need to file my taxes. my first call to the office was pleasant enough, though the woman i spoke to seemed unfamiliar with the company's offerings and couldn't answer my questions. she assured me, however, that she would have someone call me back shortly with the information i needed. that was over two weeks ago. during that time, i called back twice, only to be told each time that the person i needed to speak with was unavailable. i even left a message on day two, but no one returned my call. my current policy expires next week, and i can't afford to wait any longer for this company to get their act together. i'm going to have to find another provider, unfortunately.
