my customer service experience was good. however, the quoted price came in $1,000 over what i expected. i had shopped around and they were the first company to call me back. i didn't end up going with them only because the price was higher than i expected. it's possible my expectations were unrealistic. either way, everyone was very kind and helpful.
very professional, great customer service skills, will meet your needs the best way they can, work with you on payments, & also can save you money. will recommend to everyone!
