coleman county title has been a pleasure to work with. they are always friendly and helpful. i have used them for several real estate transactions and have always been pleased with their service. i would highly recommend them.
coleman county title company has been the absolute worst title company i have ever experienced. we have been waiting on a pay-off statement for over a month now and every time we call we get excuse after excuse. several members of our family have used coleman county title company for many years and i would be very hesitant to continue using them if i were you. they do not care about their customers; they just want their money. i would highly recommend using a different title company. there are several other great title companies in the coleman area so i would go with one of them instead. i will never be using coleman county title company again.
