there are two different types of workers in this world: those who do their job because it is what they are supposed to do and those who care about their clients and go the extra mile to ensure that they get what they need. the person I spoke with is one of the later and is a great representation of 'great customer service'.
they are a pleasure to work with and provide great coverage at a great price. I have several policies with them including life ins and auto. i highly recommend them to anyone.
I switched my home, auto, boat and umbrella insurance over to municipal back in may 2017. their service has always been great. my questions are answered in a timely manner and they are happy to do so. my rate has remained very competitive as well.
