i just canceled two policies today because of you all. first,**carlos** proceeded to tell me that i didn't have an accident last year, which is a lie. he refused to help me after that. **darlene** in cancellations was extremely rude and unprofessional. when i asked how i could escalate my concerns, she said she doesn't know who i could speak to and that i have to submit a complaint online. i will be contacting the bbb and the department of insurance.
