as a former employee, i have had many different roles at berglund insurance. my berglund experience has been very positive for me. there are a number of reasons for this. first, the leadership at berglund is very good. they are all very approachable and they have an open-door policy. as a result, as an employee i feel comfortable going to them with any concerns i may have. second, the work environment is very positive. the employees at berglund are treated like valued team members and the company has employee appreciation activities throughout the year. third, the work/life balance is very good. berglund allows their employees to flex their work schedule in many different ways. this helps me to balance my work and my personal commitments very well. finally, berglund offers a very generous benefits package. my health insurance premiums are very low and i receive lots of paid time off. overall, i have had a very positive experience working at berglund insurance.

i was a loyal client of berglund insurance for over 10 years. they were always friendly and helpful, but i recently had a very frustrating experience with them. i was in a car accident and berglund was very slow to process my claim. i had to call them multiple times to get updates, and they often gave me conflicting information. i ended up having to pay for my own repairs out of pocket and i'm still waiting for berglund to reimburse me. i'm very disappointed with the service i received and i would not recommend them to anyone.
