i've been with lodel for over 5 years and have always been happy with their service. they're always friendly and helpful, and they're always quick to respond to my questions.
the only complaint i have is that my agent does not answer the phone or call me back when i leave messages. she's real good when i do get her though. i've been with lodel for many years and will continue to renew my policies with them.
