"this was the first time purchasing a health insurance plan on my own and i was most nervous about not knowing what i was doing and picking a plan that did not fit my needs. agent made it very easy and comfortable for me. he patiently answered all my questions and concerns (even when i asked multiple times about the same subject which i am sure he must have thought i was being dense). he is very knowledgeable about health insurance and was able to explain it to me in a way i could understand. i would definitely recommend using him to help you find the health insurance plan that meets your needs."
