the facility was clean and well-lit. the staff was friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend this storage facility to others.

the storage facility was secure and clean. the manager, margie, was friendly and helpful. she helped me find the right size storage unit for my needs and gave me a tour of the facility.

very clean and organized. the manager, margie, was quite helpful in helping me set up my account, and even gave me some tips on how to best pack my unit to maximize space. she kept the facility very well maintained and i never once had an issue with pests or rodents. they also have a lot of security cameras around the facility and there is always a security guard on site at night. i felt very comfortable storing my belonging here and would definitely recommend them to others.

this facility is located in a sketchy area with a lot of homeless people living on the street right next to it. they have a security guard that walks around at night, but the perimeter fencing on the south and north sides are easily scalable and the gate to get in was broken for weeks. i've heard from other tenants that they've had issues with theft and vandalism in the past. the manager is helpful enough, but when i asked about the security issues she basically said there's nothing they can do. i decided to move out after only 1 month because i didn't feel safe leaving my belongings there.
