"upset that we made the switch to them. wow! what a huge mistake. do not make the same error we did. we have had them for our home and auto for several months now, and we have *never* been happy with them. we have had nothing but issues. the absolute worst is their useless customer service. they have made so many mistakes, and when we call to get them corrected, we are treated terribly and nothing gets resolved. they have lost paperwork multiple times. they have charged us for policies we don't have. they have even threatened to cancel our policies because they didn't receive payment, yet we have proof that the payment was made. we have had to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner already, and we will continue to do so until we get satisfaction. do yourself a favor and choose a different company."
