jm & c group, incorporated is not an agency you want to do business with. they over charge, donot return your calls after you pay them, and do not pay your claims on time. their customer service is horrible.
j m & c group, incorporated insurance is a joke. i have been trying to cancel my policy for over a month now and they keep telling me they will do it but never do. i have called multiple times and even emailed them but still no response. i am very frustrated with their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.
jm & c group, incorporated insurance agency is very deceitful. i am a business owner and got my general liability insurance through them. i never received any documentation or certificate of insurance and when i called to request them i got the runaround for 3 months. when i finally received them they were back dated and they where incorrect. i am very disappointed with they service and would definitely not recommend them.
