ma mainstay financial group is the worst company i have ever worked for. i worked there for two months and had to leave due to their hostile work environment. the management team is unprofessional and management has no respect for their employees. i witnessed and heard managers belittling their team members on a daily basis and even saw them make their employees cry. the work culture was extremely toxic and i would not recommend anyone to work there. the products and services are good but the people are not.
ma mainstay financial group is a great company and i have enjoyed working there for the past two years. they provide a positive work environment and offer a lot of opportunities for growth. i have learned a lot since i have worked there and i have been able to grow in my career. my managers are very supportive and helpful and they are always willing to help me succeed. the products and services are good and i would recommend them to anyone.
