this insurance agency QUANTUM LEAP CAPITAL, LLC located in 3 BALDWIN AVE, SOUTH BURLINGTON VT; is not worthy of your time or money. the staff was rude and unhelpful. they did not seem to care about my needs, and they were more interested in making a sale than providing good customer service. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
