i worked with h.b.t.e on a fantastic river cruise on the danube river in germany and austria. itineraries, prices and details were all explained up front in a way that was easy to understand. we planned various shore excursions through josh [owner] and all worked as planned. he recommended the amadeus river boat and we were very pleased with the accommodations, service, food, and excursions. we highly recommend h.b.t.e and would definitely use them in the future.

my husband and i decided to book a trip with h.b.t.e after reading the positive reviews. the owner, joshua, was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to explaining the whole cruise process to us (it was our first time traveling via cruise). he made sure that everything was taken care of so that all we had to do was have fun and enjoy the trip. we would highly recommend h.b.t.e to anyone looking to plan a vacation.

josh [owner] was able to assist me after another booking agency was not able to. he kept in touch with me throughout the planning of the trip and made sure all the details were in order. he also went above and beyond in assisting me w/ trip insurance once the trip was booked. i'm really glad to have had josh handle everything and would definitely book again in the future. :)
