five years ago i had a house fire and as the fire department was putting out the fire i called dub-lafayette, llc to report my claim. i had heard dub-lafayette, llc was the best in the business so i knew i had to call them. dub-lafayette, llc was on the scene immediately and went to work above and beyond to make sure that me and my family were taken care of. the claims process was handled very quickly and professionally. the adjustor, michael otero, made sure that i understood everything and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. at the end of the process i received a very fair settlement which allowed me to get back on my feet and move on with my life. i highly recommend dub-lafayette, llc to anyone who is looking for an insurance company.
