as a customer of this insurance agency: 'carl ehrlich llc' located in '6340 stonehurst cir, lake worth fl' i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. i called for roadside assistance around 1:00pm it's now 5:00pm and my car is still sitting in my driveway. i called the number again and the operator told me that the driver was on his way and would arrive within the next 30 minutes. it's been an hour since that last phone call and the driver is still not here. very poor customer service.
they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i was in an accident and i called them to report it. the person i spoke to was rude and unhelpful. they didn't seem to care about my situation at all. i will never do business with them again.
