virtus benefits is horrible. i would not recommend them to anyone. we had a horrible experience with them. the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. they are rude and unhelpful. they do not return phone calls or emails. they are very disorganized and do not know what they are doing. they have lost our paperwork multiple times and have caused us a lot of stress and anxiety. i would avoid this company at all costs.
