alta insurance agency, llc is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have delayed the process, lost my paperwork, and have been rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this company to anyone.”
