express quote insurance services were amazing at first. they helped me find a great rate on my car insurance and were very friendly and professional. however, when i had a claim, they were not as helpful. they were slow to respond to my calls and emails, and they did not provide me with the information i needed to file my claim. i was very disappointed with their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.
