my wife's experience with this company has been very frustrating, from the beginning, when she first started the policy, to now, when she is trying to cancel it. she says the customer service is terrible; they never answer the phone or return messages. she has been trying to cancel her policy for over a month now, and they keep giving her the runaround. she has even sent them a certified letter, and they have not responded. she is very frustrated and does not recommend this company to anyone.
