my boyfriend and i bought a 2017 toyota camry in august. within the first week, the car had mechanical issues and wouldn't start so we had it towed to the dealer. they had to replace the starter. then two months later, same exact thing happened again. we towed the car to the dealer again and they replaced the starter again. it's been fine since, but this seems like a big problem since our car basically died in the middle of the street twice. now 8 months later, our key fob completely stopped working and won't unlock, lock, or start the car. we had to get new key fobs and have the car reprogrammed. this is very disappointing because it has happened too many times within the first year of having the car.

i provided all the requested documentation up front, and i thought my claim was being processed normally until i was notified 10 months later that my claim had been denied. i called to ask why, and i was told that the policy did not cover the type of loss i had experienced! this is outrageous! if i had known that up front, i would not have filed a claim and would have pursued other options. the policy language is vague and confusing, and i feel that i was misled by the claims representative who initially handled my case. needless to say, i am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.
