i have been a customer for over 10 years and i have always been happy with the service. the staff is friendly and helpful and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i am satisfied.
metropcs in richardson tx has good customer service. wait time was about 5 minutes. service was quick and easy. the agent was polite and explained everything i needed to know. i went in to pay my bill and ask about phones and i left feeling very satisfied.
