i had the unfortunate experience of needing to file a claim with align claims services, inc. after my car was totaled in an accident. i was initially impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. however, as the claim process progressed, i became increasingly frustrated with their lack of communication and transparency. it took weeks for them to approve my claim, and when they finally did, the settlement amount was significantly lower than i expected. i had to repeatedly call and email them to get updates on my claim, and they often did not return my calls or emails. i ended up having to hire an attorney to help me get a fair settlement. i would not recommend align claims services, inc. to anyone.
