edie insurance group is a great insurance agency that i have been using for many years. they are always very helpful and friendly and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i am happy with my coverage. i have never had any problems with them and i would highly recommend them to anyone.
the staff at edie insurance group are not friendly at all. they are very rude and not welcoming and they treat people very badly and are not helpful at all. making an appointment was almost impossible and when i finally did get one i had to wait weeks for it. when i did go for the appointment i was spoken down to by one of the staff members and left feeling very frustrated. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
