ive had several claims and they were easy to file if i had trouble th customer service was very helpful also they make sure oyu got the most $ for you claim i recommend them to anyone looking for a great home insurance company to work for you not against you.
my truck had a bad accident and they totaled it out. i had a rental for a month and a half before they paid me for my truck and my rental. they just kept saying they were waiting for the other insurance company to pay them. i had to call the other insurance company myself to get things moving. the guy i talked to was very rude. i will never recommend this place to anyone and will let everyone i know what a bad place this is to deal with. after they paid me for my truck they kept trying to get me to sign a paper saying i would not sue them. i will never sign that paper.
