i highly recommend looking into this insurance company if you are new to home-ownership like me. i just recently began renting out my home in boston, and was directed to ironshore through my realtor. i was new to the process of having my own home and getting insurance for it. mr. todd schmidt and all others i interacted with were very patient & helpful with me in explaining my options and how to proceed. they made me feel much more confident in the process.
