i've sent 4 e-mails and called 3 times since friday afternoon and still haven't received any response. i've never experienced such poor customer service from any business before. if you're looking for an insurance company that will handle your business in a timely manner, i would highly recommend that you look elsewhere.
i am now waiting for my title and plates, which i was told would be mailed within 3 weeks but it's now been close to 2 months and still no sign of them. i have called and e-mailed several times with no response. i would not recommend them to anyone and i will not be back.
very frustrated with a staff rep over the phone who refused to make an appointment and was very rude and condescending at the end of the call. it has been like pulling teeth to get a claim handled. i was given wrong information and i had to call back several times to get an answer and direction. extremely dissatisfied with the claims department. very professional and courteous staff when opening the policy. wish now that i went with my gut and went with a different company.
