i have been a customer of global ag insurance services for over 10 years. i have always been very satisfied with their service. they are always willing to help me with any questions i have and they are always quick to respond to my requests. i would definitely recommend global ag insurance services to anyone.
global ag insurance refuses to acknowledge their mistakes and doesn't care about its customers. our family has had three homeowners insurance policies through global ag for the past six years. in may of 2022, we refinanced our home and global ag sent us a new policy with a higher premium. i called global ag and was assured by [redacted] that the premium increase was due to the increase in our home's value and that our premium would go down once the insurance company processed our new home's value. i called back in june of 2022 and [redacted] said the same thing. in july of 2022 our home's value was updated by the insurance company, but global ag didn't lower our premium. i called again and spoke with [redacted], a supervisor, who told me our premium had gone up due to a new insurance policy we had added to our home. this was a lie. we did not add a new policy. [redacted] then told me that if i wanted my premium lowered, i needed to get my insurance agent to send global ag a letter requesting the lower premium. i did this. i got my insurance agent to write a letter to global ag requesting that our premium be lowered to what we were paying before the refinance. global ag still refused to lower our premium and canceled our policy. we were forced to find a new insurance company and had to pay a higher premium because of the late date.
